These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Health Coffee Store. Read them carefully. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are
Health Coffee Store (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Site and sells the goods listed on it. Our contact details are above. We may use affiliated companies and third‑party providers to fulfil orders and operate the Site.
2. Scope of these Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchases you make. Additional policies—our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping, Duties & Taxes Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Warranty/Consumer Guarantees, Accessibility Statement, DMCA Policy, and Payments, Pricing & Taxes Notice—are incorporated by reference. If these Terms conflict with a mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, that law will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 to use the Site and at least 18 to place orders. If you place an order on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
4. Account, accuracy & security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information and to update it promptly.
5. Products, information & availability
(a) We may update products, packaging, images and descriptions at any time. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more or different information than shown on the Site—always read labels and directions before use.
(b) We may limit quantities or refuse service for any reason where permitted by law.
(c) Colors and images are displayed as accurately as possible but may vary by device.
6. Pricing, currency & taxes
(a) Prices are shown before checkout in the currency made available on the Site.
(b) Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping and—if applicable—import duties, customs fees, brokerage and taxes payable at destination. See Section 9 and our Shipping, Duties & Taxes Policy.
(c) We may correct price errors. If a price error materially affects your order after checkout, we will contact you to cancel or reconfirm before shipping.
7. Orders & contract formation
(a) Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send a shipment confirmation or deliver the goods.
(b) We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders (for example, suspected fraud, destination restrictions, out‑of‑stock). Any payment captured for a cancelled order will be refunded.
(c) You agree that invoices and communications may be provided electronically.
8. Processing, shipping & delivery
(a) Processing time. Typical handling time is 3–4 business days from order confirmation (excluding weekends/holidays).
(b) Carriers & service. We primarily ship by FedEx; we may use comparable carriers at our discretion.
(c) Delivery estimates. Typical transit time is ~7 days, varying by destination, service level, customs and peak periods. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
(d) Tracking. Tracking details will be provided where available. If your parcel appears late or not moving, please contact us.
(e) Lost/late claims. Please notify us within 10 days after the latest estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
(f) Delivery address. You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address and for receiving the parcel. Re‑delivery or return‑to‑sender fees may apply if the carrier cannot deliver.
(g) Risk of loss. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided (or to the carrier if you arrange your own collection). Title passes upon our receipt of full payment.
9. Duties, taxes & import clearance
Shipments are generally sold on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms unless we state otherwise at checkout. This means you are the importer of record and are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage and customs fees charged at destination. Carriers may collect these amounts on behalf of customs before or at delivery. Failure to pay may delay or prevent delivery; unclaimed parcels may be abandoned or returned at your cost. Where we provide estimated duties/taxes, these are informational only and not a quote or guarantee.
10. Destination restrictions & compliance
We do not ship to certain destinations for business or legal reasons, currently including Israel. You must comply with all applicable laws, including import restrictions and sanctions. We may cancel any order that appears to violate applicable law or our internal policies.
11. Returns, exchanges & refunds
Your rights and our procedures are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where required by law (e.g., EU/UK consumers), you may have a 14‑day right of withdrawal from delivery for most online purchases; if you withdraw, you must return goods in accordance with our policy. Certain goods (e.g., perishable items, opened food/beverage products, items not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene and unsealed after delivery) may be excluded from change‑of‑mind returns as permitted by law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect returned items.
12. Product use & health disclaimer
Our beverages and wellness‑adjacent products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Use only as directed on the label. Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or if you have a medical condition or allergies. Keep out of reach of children unless the label states otherwise.
13. Warranties, consumer guarantees & remedies
We provide the remedies required under applicable consumer laws. Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; you are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
14. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, trademarks, service marks, product images, text and graphics are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual‑property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Site or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
15. User content & reviews
If you submit reviews, comments, photos or other content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display that content for our business purposes. You represent that you own or control the rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate rights of others or applicable law. We may remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
16. Prohibited activities
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems; (c) interfere with the Site’s operation; (d) use bots or scraping tools without permission; (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; (f) resell or export goods in violation of laws or our policies.
17. Third‑party services
The Site may enable access to third‑party services (e.g., payment processors, shipping carriers). We are not responsible for third‑party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
18. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law (e.g., for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights). To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities; or (c) amounts exceeding the total paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.
19. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third‑party rights.
20. Privacy & cookies
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we collect, use, share and protect personal information and how we use cookies and similar technologies. By using the Site, you consent to those practices.
21. DMCA & IP complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to our support email with: (i) your contact details; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work; (iii) the URL or location of the infringing material; (iv) a statement of good‑faith belief that the use is not authorised; (v) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act; and (vi) your physical or electronic signature.
22. Force majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, extreme weather, epidemics, war, labour disputes, carrier delays, government actions or failures of third‑party networks or services).
23. Changes to the Site or these Terms
We may modify the Site and these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from publication on the Site. If we make material changes to sale terms affecting existing orders, we will honour the terms in place when you placed your order. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted means you accept them.
24. Governing law & disputes
Except where prohibited by mandatory law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Selangor, Malaysia. Consumers in the EU/UK may also use the European Commission’s ODR platform to seek out‑of‑court settlement; participation is not mandatory for us. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under consumer‑protection laws of your habitual residence.
